Attention!
If you are a displaced person from Ukraine living with HIV, belonging to key populations affected by HIV, or a client of opioid antagonist maintenance therapy, prevention, care and support programs, and you need to quickly resolve issues related to access to treatment and medical services, click the button.
How we collect information about the problems?
We have launched a special Telegram bot where displaced people seeking help can fill out a questionnaire to identify problems and turn to Consultants for help. The questionnaire can also be filled out on the website.
Click the button to proceed to the bot or to the questionnaire on the website.
Analytics
Analytics in a convenient format with the ability to filter allows you to identify systemic problems in the access of displaced people to HIV prevention, care and support services.

Who needs this?
Displaced people living with HIV from Ukraine, key populations, clients of opioid antagonist maintenance therapy, prevention, care and support programs
– to promptly resolve issues related to access to treatment and medical services, with further elimination of systemic problems.
Civil society organizations
– to identify systemic problems in access to services for displaced people from Ukraine at the host country level and form a further advocacy strategy to remove existing barriers.
How this became possible
The development of the platform was possible with the financial support of UNAIDS through the technical support of regional networks.
The tool was developed in collaboration with regional networks and the Health Advocacy Coalition as the project's technical performer.
What is next?
The dostup.health platform can become a universal digital emergency response tool in the region (and beyond), provide open access to critical data needed to shape networks' strategies, and effectively connect people living with HIV and others key populations and civil society organizations.
